Quotes & Project Scope
Quotes are based on the selected package, written proposal, and Package Boundaries. Each unique navigable webpage counts as one page. Requests outside scope require written approval and may change price and timeline.
Payments & Inactivity
Deposits reserve project time and begin the design process. Remaining balances and recurring charges are due according to the accepted proposal or agreement. Projects inactive for 30 days may be paused; after 60 days, a $99 restart fee may apply.
Domain, Hosting & Third Parties
Clients own their domain and hosting accounts and pay providers directly. Reynolds Web Services assists with setup but is not responsible for third-party hosting outages, registrar issues, email provider issues, or platform downtime.
SEO & Results
Packages include foundational SEO and indexing assistance. Search rankings, traffic, leads, and business results cannot be guaranteed.
Launch & Changes
Written approval is required before launch. Requests made after approval and publication may require a care-plan request, written change request, and additional fees.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights described in the applicable client agreement. Reynolds Web Services retains ownership of pre-existing tools and reusable systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.
