Provide accurate business details, services, contact information, branding, and photos unless content creation is purchased. Review designs, attend scheduled reviews, and send feedback promptly.
Projects inactive for 30 days may be paused. After 60 days, a $99 restart fee may apply.
You own your domain and hosting
Your domain and hosting accounts stay in your name. You enter payment information directly with the provider, while Reynolds Web Services assists with selection, setup, and technical configuration.
Third-party hosting, registrar, email provider, and platform outages are outside our control.
Foundational SEO is included
Packages include page titles, meta descriptions, mobile optimization, image alt text, sitemap generation, indexing assistance, and basic local optimization.
Search rankings cannot be guaranteed. Google Business Profile setup is available for $35 when needed.
Before launch: final written approval is required. Once approved and launched, additional requests may require a change request and additional fees.
