Parties & Project
The agreement is between Reynolds Web Services and the client identified in the accepted proposal. The Package Boundaries document is the primary source of truth for page counts, revisions, upgrades, care plans, and change requests.
Scope & Page Limits
Deliverables, functionality, revisions, schedule, and fees are defined in the selected package and written proposal. A page is any unique navigable webpage. Requests beyond package limits are reviewed and quoted based on complexity. Package upgrades are available by paying the price difference.
Client Responsibilities
The client provides accurate business information, services, contact details, logos, branding, and photos unless content creation is purchased. The client attends scheduled reviews and provides prompt feedback and approvals.
Project Pauses
Projects inactive for 30 days may be paused. Projects inactive for 60 days may require a $99 restart fee before work resumes.
Payment Terms
Payment timing follows the selected package. Business Website and Business Deluxe begin with a $99 deposit, with the remaining balance due after the Design Review process and before launch. Simple Site payment is due before development begins.
Revisions & Changes
Only the revision rounds stated in the selected package are included. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, custom coding, integrations, and other out-of-scope work require a written change request and may affect fees and schedule.
Domain & Hosting
The client owns the domain and hosting account and enters payment information directly with each provider. Reynolds Web Services assists with setup and technical configuration but is not responsible for third-party hosting outages, registrar issues, email provider issues, or platform downtime.
SEO
Website packages include foundational SEO and indexing assistance. Search rankings, traffic, leads, and business results cannot be guaranteed. Google Business Profile setup is available for a one-time $35 fee when needed.
Website Care
Website Care includes security updates, backups, plugin updates, and up to 2 content changes monthly. Website Care Plus includes priority support, up to 15 content changes monthly, advertisement placement assistance, and a monthly review. Multiple edits submitted together may count as one change at Reynolds Web Services' discretion. New pages, redesigns, functionality, integrations, SEO campaigns, and ad management are not included.
Communication
Reynolds Web Services communicates through email, scheduled calls, and approved project channels. Excessive communication requests outside normal operations may require scheduled consultation time.
Launch Approval
The client must provide final written approval before publication. Once final approval is provided and the website is launched, additional requests may require a change request and additional fees.
Ownership & Transfer
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of final project deliverables, excluding licensed materials and pre-existing tools. The client retains ownership of its domain, hosting account, content, branding, and provided assets.
Acceptance
Project-specific terms become effective when the client accepts the written proposal or agreement.
