Client Agreement

The standard responsibilities and expectations that apply to Reynolds Web Services website projects.

Parties & Project

The project agreement is between Reynolds Web Services and the client identified in the accepted proposal.

Scope & Deliverables

Deliverables, page count, functionality, revisions, schedule, and fees are defined in the accepted package and written proposal.

Client Responsibilities

The client provides timely content, feedback, access credentials, approvals, and accurate information needed to complete the project.

Payment Terms

Payment timing follows the selected package. Business Website and Business Deluxe begin with a $99 deposit, with the remaining balance due after the Design Review process and before launch. Simple Site payment is due before development begins.

Revisions & Changes

The project includes the revision rounds stated in the selected package. Additional revisions or scope changes may affect fees and timeline.

Ownership & Transfer

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of final project deliverables, excluding licensed materials and pre-existing tools. Website access and ownership can be transferred upon request.

Acceptance

Project-specific terms become effective when the client accepts the written proposal or agreement.
