$99 Design Deposit
The $99 deposit reserves project time and begins the Design Review process for Business Website and Business Deluxe projects. It is non-refundable once work begins.
Reynolds Guarantee
After reviewing the website design, you may choose not to proceed. There is no obligation to pay the remaining project balance if you stop before approving the direction.
Approved Work
Payments made after design approval are tied to development work and are generally non-refundable once that work has been completed.
Care Plans
Monthly care plans may be canceled before the next billing date. Previously billed service periods are not refundable.
