$99 Design Deposit
The $99 deposit reserves project time and begins the Design Review process for Business Website and Business Deluxe projects. It is non-refundable once work begins.
Reynolds Guarantee
After reviewing the website design, you may choose not to proceed. There is no obligation to pay the remaining project balance if you stop before approving the direction.
Approved Work & Change Requests
Payments made after design approval or for approved change requests are tied to scheduled work and are generally non-refundable once that work has begun or been completed.
Project Inactivity
A project paused because it is inactive remains subject to the original payment terms. After 60 inactive days, a $99 restart fee may apply and is non-refundable once rescheduling begins.
Care Plans
Monthly care plans may be canceled before the next billing date. Previously billed service periods and unused monthly changes are not refundable.
